The elevator was not working. No one bothered to let us know until we arrived at the property to check in. They said they would refund our money if we did not want to walk up the stairs to our room. It had not been working for about 2 months and it would be another couple of weeks before it was back in service.

We have been contacting guests if we have their correct information. Due to the way your reservation was made we did not have your information on file, so we do apologize. The elevator has been down only a month due to the motor being burnt up due to a power transformer being destroyed. We have to let the professionals do their job to get the elevator up and running. Really appreciated the prior arrival communication. Was made aware of the elevator being down but wasn’t made aware of the pool being empty. Bed was super comfortable but room did not have refrigerator or microwave. Very clean and quiet.

I don’t like to pay 50 dollar fee and there was shown hot tube and I found out there was no hot tube. 200 dollar isn’t worth of night

We have not had a hot tub for years. This amenity has been gone for years. The 50 authorization fee is just in case you charge anything to your room.

Great experience at Hampton Inn Jacksonville, Il

Loved the Front Desk staff! The hotel was great! So happy you had a Peloton bike in the fitness area. My business stays are dependent on whether the hotel has a stationary bike! Breakfast was excellent every day! I felt safe and comfortable during my stay

Only disappointed comment I feel I have to say is - I booked it for the hot tub, only to find out at this specific faculty - there's no hot tub. Everything else was OK 🙂

I stay at Hampton Inns because of the reliability of experience. It was an average Hampton Inn which is great thing! The very minor issue was that it probably needed a renovation. My sink was cracked and the elevators felt sketchy. However, I wasn’t worried about cleanliness of service in the least.

Best place in Jacksonville!

Best place in Jacksonville to stay. Very clean and tucked back off the main road. But close to places to eat. Staff was very friendly.
