Hi Carolina! I am so sorry to hear that your stay was not what you had expected. I will pass along your feedback to the rest of our team. While we do not offer a kitchenette or the items you mentioned in the hostel, we also do not advertise these amenities. If you saw those listed somewhere, we would absolutely appreciate you showing us so we can get it corrected. We do enforce quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and alert all of our guests to this during check in times. While we cannot ask guests to remain in the building during those times, we do remind them to be courteous of others and provide all of our guests with a phone number to call if any issues arise over night. We dim the lights at this time as well, but cannot turn them completely off as this would be a risk to those sleeping in upper bunks. For that reason, each bed is designed with a black out curtain to keep light out as guests are sleeping. However, this does not discredit the experience you had. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations this time, and we take your feedback very seriously. If you'd like to discuss more details about your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out.
