"Nos atendieron fenomenal, destacando la recepcionista argentina que fue resolutiva y muy atenta. Mejoraría la atención y el servicio del desayuno...no me gustó como fuimos atendidos..por no decir que se olvidaron de prepararnos los 2 revueltos que pedimos..no hubo mala atención ni malas maneras... simplemente se nos ignoró desde el momento uno. Por todo lo demás... excelente"

"I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things: • Windowless inside room • No towels in the room • The room not ready as requested (2 beds) • Lack of parking instructions before arriving • Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy The breakfast was just OK. Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones"

"We had a great 4-day stay at Vita Verde. The location is great—it’s close to the beach, cafes, grocery and convenience stores and anything you can possibly need. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The wifi, AC and everything functioned well and we were very comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom layout. Opening and closing the door requires you to move behind the sink or go into the shower. Overall I highly recommend this...

"A mixed bag. Close to being great but fell down in key areas. The rooftop area is great but service at the bar surly and slow. Music not chilled enough. Breakfast is a good spread but hotplate does not keep food hot enough. No service at all. Running out of bowls every morning then going to find someone who eventually and not too willingly turned up with three bowls. Reception team were great. Spa was pretty good."
