No proper aircon, smelly shower drain, kettle not working, dirty carpet, dirty toilet and bathroom cupboards Mdf wet damage, no hot water shower for 5 min in the morning and staff not trained in manners (using ashtray on my table , always smoking outside etc).. a rundown place ..

What kind of an airport hotel doesn't have a shuttle that has service corresponding to flights?

The Internet speed is 1Mbps- Terrible if you work remotely like I do. The lights in room 204 are very dim and make an annoying buzzing sound. The toilet doesn’t flush very well either. There are no restaurants close by, accept for the one within the hotel, so opted for petrol station food as it was late. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Ok, for a one night stay.

Close to airport but a bit dreary. Very hard to go anywhere outside the hotel without a taxi because the roads lack walkways for pedestrians, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault

We arrived quite late but front desk couldn’t gave us a working door key. We tried 3 separate door keys. The next morning we ordered two cheese toasties as extra, at first, they tried to serve ready made ones when refused, they couldn’t find a staff to do a fresh one. Ordered fresh orange juice, only served half a glass ‘as no oranges left’

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Blinds came off when operated. And electricity went out in the room in morning. Over all the room was not inhabitable and was in terrible shape. Simply the worst hotel we’ve even been in.

Closets Hotel to Airport, Good for overnight stay
This place is great with a restaurant that serves dinner pretty late. Comfy beds. Good for a quick stay before flying out of Izmir.

Nice hotel with a few problems
Overall average, but the big problem was a lack of lighting in the room, especially outside the bathroom. Lighting was very poor, The toilet seat was broken but was fixed very quickly. TV impossible to use. Air con set on high heat and could not be adjusted so we opened the window for air which made it noisy!!

A lovely hotel when you’re an Early or late flight. Used this hotel on arrival and departure. Excellent value, easy access to and from the airport, it’s literally 2 mins away. Rooms are really nice, the staff really friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly, but cold water and they said they had a free airport shuttle but when you ask for it its turns out off service

Really close to airport and cannot fault anything,cannot recommend enough. Great value hotel with great staff who always try to exceed expectations. Well done Orty Hotel. Cannot comment on food but will say all other things were faultless
