"The location... The atmosphere"

"Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."

Located on the quieter side of town, this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Embarcadero for San Pedro and San Juan. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price. "This place has everything you need for a short art in Pana. Rooms are clean, there is kitchen and terrace. We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. There is drinking water provided."

"We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round."
