"We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌"

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was no fruit, no yogurt or any type of muffins or danishes. When I got back to the room there was no hot water. I got dressed without a shower. As I was leaving I stopped at the desk to let them know I did not have hot water.
