This is a comfortable place run by helpful and friendly staff in a convenient location of town. The place offers clean accommodation with adequate space, and all usual amenities. The on site bar and restaurant are nice to have, breakfast is pretty good for the category, and must importantly the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have no gym, but offer free access to a gym and sauna in 3 minute walking distance. I would come back to this place anytime.

We stayed in Itzehoe as a base for genealogical research in Schleswig-Holstein. The Mercure was a perfectly acceptable business hotel, ample parking, very nice breakfast and dinner restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine, nothing special. Very little to do within walking distance (grocery store next door, at least). All in all it was exactly what we needed for our purposes.

Clean, modern hotel.
Comfortable hotel about 10 mins walk to town centre. On site parking. Comfortable room with coffee maker and fridge. However, no drawers for clothes, just a small wardrobe. Restaurant staff were excellent. The food was ok.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel in Itzehoe along with the other 4 members of my family. Great breakfast, good wifi, 10 minutes walking from the centre, polite staff

The hotel is conveniently located by a bakery and grocery store. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant and breakfast were excellent. Add in the friendliness of the people of Itzehoe and it makes the hotel a great destination.

Although we only used this as an overnight stay on a family holiday we found it very good value. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking and great family rooms.

Overall I enjoyed staying at your hotel. I would happily recommend it to family and friends. If I had had more time I would have gladly stayed longer. The purpose of my stay was not to sightsee in Itzehoe. So I am not sure how close the hotel to the centre is. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating at all times.

Empfehlenswerte Adresse in Itzehoe
Dieses Hotel liegt zwar nahe einer Hauptstraße, ist aber durch die Bauart recht leise. Die Zimmer wurden wärend unseres Aufenthalt gerade frisch renoviert, so dass es relativ früh, laut wurde. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Leider lag unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite und hatte keine Klimaanlage. Fenster könnte, wegen Straßenlärm nicht geöffnet werden.

Das Abendessen war durchschnittlich, ganz ok, das Frühstück war gut. Die Bar war gut ausgestattet, sehr kompetenter Barkeeper. Katastrophe: Der Fahrstuhl war ausgefallen, für mich als gehbehinderten ein echtes Problem. Die Dusche war im Übrigen eine Badewanne mit Vorhang und Brause - für mich nicht nutzbar, da ich da weder rein noch unfallfrei wieder raus komme. Ein Fernseher war vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar, da keine Sender gespeichert waren.

Die beste Wahl in Itzehoe
Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss. Besonders attraktiv für mich ist dass man das sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnesscenter in der Nähe kostenlos nutzen darf. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für den Preis angemessen.

Das Hotel diente als Zwischenstopp zur Weiterreise. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im eigenem Restauranr war sehr gut. Die Coktails leider etwas lieblos. Frühstück und Service waren hervorragend. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, ist das Hotel unsere erste Wahl.
