"This hotel was very convenient as I needed to stay the night in Mettupalaiyam after arriving by the toy train that early evening. It's a walkable 5-10 minute distance from the train station, with eat-in or take-out restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across the street. I would only recommend maybe requesting for an extra blanket (which may be at a cost), or bringing your own, as they only provided two flat sheets. "I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"
