Great staff, gave me free upgrade to tower view room. Great location. Buffet is great. Complimentary fresh fruit water and lemon water tastes fresh. Little blueberry muffins are sweet. Everything is great. Will definitely come back.

Hot tub and pool not working, gym marginal, food average Overall this place alot of TLC We were told its under new ownership. So hopefully they'll give it some atte.tion soon. We liked the location away from the hustle and lack pf parking that Ithaca delivers.
