"Staff were accommodating and helpful, Games room for the kids included ping pong and PlayStation. We had the pool all to ourselves in the evening. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Rooms came with magazine and were clean. Minutes walk to Quicentro and La Carolina park. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is so friendly. It's a very small hotel that trips you like a member of their family. Fair warning, the single rooms that don't include breakfast are low budget. it's a closet, but once I upgraded (<$50 a night for the upgrade) it was a double bed, nice bathroom, and it included the breakfast (which is nice). The biggest thing this hotel has going for it is the staff! I arrived at 3am, and they knew when I was I going to get there, and they were waiting for me . They serve breakfast, and have a restaurant, but I never took advantage. There are some very nice restaurants within a block from them (get the lasagne at the Italian restaurant close to it)."

I believe it was because of the ongoing construction but we didn't see or hear anything construction related. "
