Estacionamento na rua. Durante a noite acordavamos com o desligamento da energia. Recepcionista arrogante. Café da tarde servido no roll da recepção de chegada de hóspede, ridículo. Água da hidro barrenta, assim como a do chuveiro. Piscina suja. Academia horrível, a ilustração das fotos não espelham a realidade. Foi a pior hospedagem da minha vida.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem organizado e funcionários atenciosos. Porém gostaria de destacar alguns pontos: 1- no estacionamento pelo menos quando estive no hotel fica uma pessoa no local mas no meu ponto de vista era melhor não ter pois os carros pessimamente mal estacionados o que dificulta as vezes o acesso as malas principalmente em dias chuvosos como foi o meu caso .Assim como a recepcionista ocupa uma vaga de carro com uma moto ( ridiculo) - 2 outro ponto importante foi em relação ao café da manha ( extraordinário com muita variedade e qualidade) porém uma demora enorme na reposição de itens assim como na limpeza das mesas para as proximas pessoas sentarem. 3 - por fim tive a infelicidade de pegar uma suite que a hidro nao funcionava corretamente o que prontamente informei a recepção que nada fez pra resolver somente depois da segunda reclamação ( já no fim da noite ) que um funcionário muito prestativo foi verificar e cogitou a possibilidade de troca do quarto mas nao achei viavel pois já estava totalmente instaldo e não queria ter este trabalho , mas foi desconfortavel no primeiro momento não ser atendido . Afinal pagamos mais caro pela comodidade da hidromassagem e tinhamos que ficar enchendo a mesma de 5 em 5 minutos pois a mesma vazava a agua toda ( inclusive essa foi a sugestão da pessoa da recepção no primeiro momento ) ridiculo no meu ponto de vista! Mas prefiro acreditar que são coisas pontuais que podem ser corrigidas.
