"Friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. There’s a charge per water bottle in the fridge (I think 6R) so it’s worth remembering how many were consumed for check-out "

"The WiFi in the room kept cutting out and was a bit better in the lobby. The room was small and dark and the bathroom taps required a lot of effort to shut them off. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took three attempts with the non-English speaking receptionists to borrow one. Douglas on reception who spoke English was very helpful but wasn’t there often. He said the rooms were recently refurbished but they didn’t seem like it. The bar was very poorly stocked-no white wine and no Bohemia or Eisenbahn beer."

"The room was always clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies were consistently kind. The rustic decoration provides a cozy atmosphere. The setup is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to travel through the Northeast of Brazil."

"Booked a room with 2 beds in it for my parents to stay with me during my visit. Hotel allegedly did not allow 1+ number of guests in my room (even though I had booked a room with multiple beds). Hotel forced me to pay for a room upgrade to allow for total of guests in my room"
