"Really exceptional staff who kindly went above and beyond at every turn. Breakfast was really good and when I asked they brought me gluten free croissants and cake! The bed was very comfortable and had memory foam pillows! Most comfortable sleep of my trip so far. Highly recommend coming to Genoa and staying at this hotel when you do."

"This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much."
