"Arrived tp to be greeted by an old man , wasn't sure I was even in right place . Said I had a booking he gave me a key , straight in . Said breakfast was whenever I wanted. Breakfast was grim some dry few days old bread buns , and cured meat . Asked what I wanted to drink , I said orange or tea . He produced a 2 year out of date bottle of fizzy pop , which I declined .overall great , just don't eat there "

Marco is helpful, courteous with caring attitude and same is with all who are a part of Ostellin. Surprise breakfast is one of the things amongst others that gives a make feel wanted feeling.... Little efforts adding to customer journey and Ostellin excels in it. "
