Hotel novo , cama e lençóis novos e confortáveis e bem próximo ao Parque do Beto Carrero , dar para ir a pé , aproximadamente 1,4 km ,perto de uma pizzaria e um restaurante, recomendo este hotel , voltaria a ficar porque é excelente custo benefício, somente o café poderia melhorar um pouco mais variedade e espaço do refeitório.

Decepção total: deixamos o hotel no mesmo dia

Infelizmente, essa foi uma das piores experiências que já tive em hotéis ao redor do mundo. O colchão era extremamente duro, o café da manhã muito fraco (com direito a leite e frutas estragadas), o estacionamento ficava distante do hotel e o vaso sanitário era desconfortavelmente baixo. Só para ter uma ideia, a estadia estava planejada para 5 dias, mas fizemos o checkout no mesmo dia, perdendo o valor investido e optando por outro hotel. Estávamos em família (3 adultos e duas adolescentes de 15 anos), o que tornou a situação ainda mais frustrante. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepcionista, que foi atenciosa e profissional. Inclusive, acredito que ela tem potencial para trabalhar em um local que corresponda à qualidade do seu atendimento.

O pessoal da recepção durante o dia muito atencioso e gentil. O estacionamento fica a 200m do hotel, e não há pessoal para buscar ou levar o carro, achei isso ruim. Achei tudo muito sujo, o chão do quarto parecia sempre engordurado e as áreas comuns com muito muito pó. O café da manhã bem bagunçado e com pouca opção. Os quartos tem área boa e móveis bons, porém pecaram na limpeza. Pequenos ajustes e cuidados fariam o hotel ser bem melhor.

Atendimento e gentileza excelentes. No entanto, o hotel não conta com elevador, dificultando a subida das malas pela escada. Ainda, o estacionamento do hotel fica há uns 100m de distancia do hotel, então tem que estacionar o carro e retornar a pé até o hotel em uma via bem escura ou arriscar e deixar o carro em via pública na frente do hotel

A estadia foi boa.. chegamos e já fizemos o check in. O estacionamento fica a 200m do hotel, guardamos o carro e voltamos caminhando, quando nao está chovendo é ok. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tinha frutas, pães, bolos, pão de queijo, ovo... etc, o único porém é que eles nao repoem! Desci para o café as 8:45 e tinha a raspa do tacho. Um casal guloso nao parava de comer, comeram todo pão de queijo, todas as torradas e nao teve reposiçao!! No mais tudo ok. Limpeza ok, quarto ok. Voltaria lá sim.
