"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

"Destaco o atendimento atencioso da Cleonice, porém as condições de limpeza e manutenção da casa estavam sofríveis ... de teias de aranha nas paredes a vaso sanitário sem tampa... de toalhas sujas e encardidas a sabonete grudado em janelas e saboneteiras ... a "cereja" do bolo foi a sanca de gesso do hall da escada se desprender e cair na escadaria, minutos antes de encerrarmos a estadia. Dadas as condições gerais, lavamos toda a louça e passamos água fervida antes do uso !!! Ponto positivo: os...
