I booked and reserved this place for my parents and paid it in advance but my parents have been charged again when they checked out the next day! I am still trying to reach someone to get at least my online payment back because my parents paid cash! So frustrating and disappointing.

Good new hotel, we stayed for 4 nights not single night the house keeping came to clean our apartment, the bright side of this hotel the man on the night shift were very polite and welcoming helped us to get what were missing in the apartment from bellows and blankets.

4 gece rezervasyon yaptırdım, 2 gece kaldım. Giriş yaparken söylediğim halde 4 gece ücreti aldılar. Sonra 2 günlük ücreti iade edeceklerini belirttiler, dün bir beyefendi arayıp üstü kapalı tehdit etti. Hizmet, servis hiçbirşey yok. Resepsiyonda bir görevli bulmak zor. Otopark, park yeri vs yok, arabanız varsa potansiyel suçlu muamelesi görüyorsunuz. Amatör bile değil zihniyet, güya büyüyorlarmış...

Merhaba Banu hanım, Sizinle görüşmemizde belirttiğimiz gibi, Expedia sitesinden rezervasyon yaptığınızı ve sizden eğer 2 gün kalmak istiyorsanız rezervasyonunuzu 4 günden 2 güne çevirmenizi rica ettik fakat siz bunu reddettiniz, lütfen rezervasyonunuzu kalmak istediğiniz süreye göre yapınız. Bu sizin Expedia sitesiyle yaptığınız bir anlaşmadır. Teşekkürler.

Not easy access. In the middle of nowhere. Strange location. You park your car on the street and there is no guarantee to find your car in the morning as we faced it. Police has taken our car away as we parked near to a bus stop that the sign is not clear, no warning from reception beforehand. Waited 5 to 10 mins to unlock the door. Complicated system. Rooms not perfectly clean. Noise from neighbour. In front of a mosque face to face if you do not consider praying within 50 footsteps next to your hotel I would consider as a last option

Hizmet sıfır mesela kaloriferi ilk gün açmadılar 2. Gün biz söylediğimizde En basitinden terlik istiyorum tek kullanımlıklar 4 defa istdim aşagı resepsiyona gidip brn aldıgımdda adam uyuyordu resepsiyonda zaten otel pek ravet görmüyor çok sakindi açıkcası rahatsız olduk

الفندق فخم جدا وراقي ونظيف ومكتمل الادوات والاستقبال لطفاء جدا وخدومون ويوجد مبنيان للفندق أحدهما له بوابة سكورتي كلاهما رائع ومستوى الأمان عال جدا البوابات لاتفتح الا بالرقم السري وبه بركة سباحة سعره رخيص بالمقارنة بالخدمات فيه وفي منطقة يوجد بالقرب منه محلات بيع الأكلات الشعبية البسيطة واللذيذة تتمنكن من الفطور والغداء والعشاء في جواسري بسعر زهيد

نبذه عن فترة اقامتي
إجماليًا جميل ولكن لا يعتبر فندق مثل بقية الفنادق اذ ليس هناك تنظيف يومي للغرفه بل التنظيف كل ثلاثه ايّام وليس هناك فطور سواء كان مجانا او اضافة مبلغ وأيضا هناك شروط معينه لاصطحاب الأصدقاء اذ يتم الكشف على هوياتهم والنظر في مخالفاتهم وما الى ذالك الجيد فيهم هو المسبح والغرف مناسبه والأسعار معقوله جدا والمنطقه الذي يتواجد فيه منطقه هادئه جدا وصاحب المكان شخص خدوم ومحترم ويخدمك بنفسه اذا دعت الحاجه

Großes Problem war vor allem, daß kein Hinweis gab, daß genau neben an eine m Moschee ist. Morgens 05:40 wurde man geweckt. Nichts gegen die Moschee und die Kultur, wenn man in andere Länder geht muss man sich anpassen. Aber ei Hinweis wäre schon gut, um selber zu entscheiden.

Yastık ve yorgan kılıfları takılmamıştı, bizim uyarımız üzerine yastık kılıfları takıldı. Tuvalet kağıdı yoktu, banyoda hafif bir koku vardı. Bir gece konakladık, daha da kalmayız muhtemelen.

لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه
طلبت شقة غرفتين وحمامين ، عند الوصول لم يكن متوفر إلا في الدبلوم أو في الدور الارضي وهي قمة الإزعاج. الاستقبال كان سيء ، طلبت منشفة ارض للحمام وطلبات أخرى لم تكن متوفرة ، موظف الاستقبال ذهبت له مرتين وطلبت منه طلبات ولم يحضرها بالرغم من وعده لي بإحضارها ، الأثاث قديم ومتهالك ، الستائر ممزقة

Das Hotel Personal ist sehr nett, jedoch sind die zimmer nicht so sauber sehr viel staub unter dem Bett überall sind flecken. Es gibt keine tägliche Zimmer Reinigung obwohl ich mehrmals gebeten habe das sauber genacht wird kam die putzfrau nur zweimal einmal hat sie nur gesaugt und einmal wurde sauber gemacht, aber leider nicht sehr gründlich. Ich musste mich mehrmals darum Kümmern das wir Toilettenpapier und Handtücher bekommen. Also wenn man entspannen will würde ich das hotel nicht empfehlen die Sauna und der Pool waren im Keller dort hat es extrem gestunken das man keins vom beiden benutzen konnte. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen.

Çekmeköy bölgesinde kalmak isteyen aileler için ideal temiz güzel bir apart otel. Sadece kahvaltısı yok.Odanızda rahatlıkla getireceklerinizle kahvaltınızı ,yemeğinizi yiyebilirsiniz.
