Pros: staff friendly, helpful. Location is great walking distance to famous places. The only concern was that you have to walk uphill most of the time to get back to hotel. Cons: breakfast poor options, same every day. The room was not cleaned in 5 nights we stayed in. Bed sheets was not changed even single time, was extremely disappointed. The cleaner just moved the stuff around but no actual cleaning was done. Also, if you want quite location it’s not great option as the street is active and the music is loud until like 3am

The breakfast staff are lovely. The receptionists not so much. The room was extremely small and did not have any windows. The shower I could bearly get in as of the placement and shape of the doors. The location is central which was a postive but overall not for me.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel over the years. Excellent location, right in the heart of Cihangir. Helpful and courageous frontdesk/concierge. However the loud music and bass well passed midnight from downstairs club was super annoying. As I’ve mentioned before this is my fourth stay at this hotel, the condition of the rooms, linens and towels were unacceptable at this time! Crusty and old towels, linens with cigarette burns, dust bunnies hanging off the walls and nail clippings in the shower are not acceptable and unsanitary…

They told us the room was ready, when we entered we saw people in the room doing renovations and changing the wallpaper. We told the receptionist and he said it takes 10 mins for them to finish sticking the wallpaper and then the room is ready for ur stay! We could clearly smell the glue and I told them we were not told about this beforehand but he was like no it’s alright we are doing this at every room atm and nobody has issues with it! When we asked for a room change he threatened us with a bad tune that he could only give us another room but it is way smaller. I told him that’s not fair as this is not what we paid for but he said it is what it is and we have to take it. No empathy, no respect for our right as guests, no room that is in a good condition. We were too tired to book another hotel after our long travel so we had no other choice but to stay. When we entered, the curtain was not installed so the cleaner lady stepped on the chair with her shoes and installed it in front of us. The table was full of dust and when we mentioned it, she just tried to put it away with her hands and not even a tissue. The toilet had stains showing it’s not cleaned properly. It is the worst stay I’ve ever had in Turkey and I can’t see how this is acceptable at all. Not only they don’t respect the basic guest rights but they threaten them and not even try to make the stay at least a bit more acceptable. Don’t book a room in this hotel even if it’s the only one left in Istanbul!

everything was good, just need more mirror in the room, the only mirror was in the bathroom, breakfast buffet was ok, but his who was a waiter in breakfast buffet was unfriendly, I understand Turkish and heard if he doesn't talk nice after guests, I know he runs a lot during breakfast but it should be more perfectionist to work with people, the hotel website states room service but we did not get it when we requested breakfast for one of us in the room
