The staff was great and very helpful. The property location is great 5 to 15 min walk to different touristic areas like Taksim, Galata tower, Eminonu, the metro and bus station is around the corner. Breakfast was Ok

Room was old , curtain are dull and rooms are not sound proof. So you can hear the noise from surrounding all night. But Staff was good and helpful.

This is a great place with very convenient location. Just a few steps to the M2 line, and a few blocks to Istiklal Caddesi up the hill. Down the hill to Karaköy neighborhood and just a few block from the Galata Tower. View from the Terrace is nice and we ended many nights on the terrace with a night cap. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious. If you are looking for a great price for a good location, then we highly recommend.

Bad experience at hotel .
Hotel was different than advertised pictures. My room was too small, one double bed,very small space to steo down bed hardly walk in room.there was no table and chair in the room.Tv was not working. Tiny bath room.owener of hotel was not helpfull no guidence and try to over charging on buying sim card.only assistant manager abdul malik was better guy.same price way better hotels available arround there.

Very nice family breakfast in the morning. Very nice staff. Room is tiny, but that's ok. Good location. Staff was very nice and helped me with everything. Very friendly. Really nice rooftop to chill at and look at the Bosphorus. Overall, I recommend this place!

I stayed for 2 x nights and 3 x days. It was closeby Istiklal street just 7-8 mins walk and a small property. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were compact with a queen size bed, a cupboard and a small closet. Washroom was kept clean by room service. They were prompt in maintaining & related to any queries. Room was just walkable to Istiklal street. Economical. Breakfast menu was acceptable with 8-9 basic items like Omelette egg, boiled eggs, Bread, a small platter comprising Butter, Nutella, Jam, cheese strip, olives and fresh salad. Besides that, basic items like corn flakes, bran flakes, juice, and some other dishes were also present. My checkout was at 1200 hours but they were considerate to keep the luggage till 1500 hrs at lobby reception. Kitchen was run by a Palestinian lady & she was very hospitable,gentle and full of manners. Lobby receptionist was a Bangladeshi & very accomodative and considerate too. A great experience for 3 x days.
