The location is what thrilled me the most. Shopping mall very close to the hotel and there are many different shops too. The staff are wonderful and nice. The only downside was the Air conditioner that didn’t work perfectly

It is nice, good service, ... I only had a problem that I payed 2 times the same night but the Hotel couldn't do anything about it because it is a "expedia problem", but they were very helpful

Great hotel with fantastic services

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

The hotel says it has swimming pool, but you have to pay separate fee to use it. Shuttle to the airport cost money 😔. There are limited restaurants and the one's we found has limited kids meals if any!

Great Location

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

I like the location and the condition of the property. I didn't like the reaction of the management to deal with my report of a loss of a small bag that contains two books and a trainer. I felt they didn't care, although I spoke with three different staff members during my stay.

Ein Hotel was nicht mal Frühstück gibt. Ein Hotel-Spa, was Sauna, Pool usw. hat, aber alles kostet extra, und das wichtigste ist, man fragt Vormittag nach, dann bekommt man ein Preis für den Pool und Nachmittag ist anderes Personal wo man wieder ein anderes Preis bekommt. Der Pool ist nicht mal sicher, Beleuchtungen im Pool hängen einfach draußen, also nicht sicher. Ein Hotel was eigenes Parkplatz hat, aber nur für ein paar Fahrzeuge und kümmern tuht sich keiner. Also kurz und knapp, man versteht unter Hotel und Spa komplett was anderes.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet lid in bathroom would not stay up. I had to hold it up by hand or using my back to hold it up to use toilet. I told them three times to sort it out, they said they would but failed to do anything about it. Didn't even offer us another room. Very poor service.
