A very nice and comfortable hotel with a substantial breakfast area on the fifth floor. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent. The hotel is situated just opposite the University and a short walk from two Metro stations, very conveniently located. In my opinion an evening dinner option at the hotel would be a nice touch, otherwise we had a very nice experience.

No taxi from airport even though one was booked No tea or coffee facilities in room no sink plug in bathroom meant using loads of water which is a waste

Hi, first of all, thanks for the comment. You gave the wrong flight number when you said there was no taxi, is it our fault? you want a stopper for the bathroom sink, unfortunately there is no stopper in the sinks, the water heater is not in the rooms, yes, but it is given to the guests who want it, if you wanted, we would give it to you

Close to tram and metro station, good restaurant near by at 50m, breakfast so and so, bad coffee (in the land of turkish coffee the breakfast coffee was instant). Good location for shopping travellers. One tram station (10-15 min by foot) away from airport shuttle station (Havaist).

we enjoyed our stay there. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The bathroom of the room we stayed in, need updating and need a thorough clean as mold and dirt can be seen inside the washing basin and underneath the mirror. Shower glass door needs attention.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who want a comfortable stay without spending too much on a hotel! It’s great for couples or a small family, and the breakfast is great! The staff are friendly and also very helpful! I hope to come again this year or next year!

Good place for en-gross business, near Grand Bazaar (1 tram station only) and near Metro station. Late check-out is a hoax. They advertise it, they agree upon it at check-in, then they cancel the late check-out agreement. (BTW. late check-out is only one hour more: from 12:00 to 13:00) . Breakfast ok but stuff grumpy and nervous.

Good value hotel near good amenities
Nice clean family hotel, breakfast could be an improvement. Staff English is okay. Air conditioning is good in the room, no complimentary water, WiFi connection is also very good.

Nice hotel close to transport & shopping areas.
Had a great time in Istanbul. The reception staff very polite and helpful giving advice what to see and how to get to places. The only thing I can say is breakfast buffet in morning was a huge let down. No pastries or fresh juice or very little variety of food available . Morning buffet staff never smile or say good morning. But apart from that a lovely experience and we made plenty of memories!

Not as big as advertised
Friendly staff and clean, however the room was too small, I could hardly fit into the bathroom. I had booked a delux room and what I got was a small room. When I asked for a bigger room I was told I can cancel my reservation.!?!

Stayed there for four nights. Area is crowded because of the location of the hotel but easy accessibility to historic sites. One can even walk to these places. Cleanliness is good but need more lighting inside the lobby and corridors. Front desk staff was very helpful. Overall descent place place to stay for the average price.

Nice hotel easy access to main attractions
We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. The staff were super friendly and kind enough to help us with our uber drivers navigation. The breakfast buffet menu was lovely. However if you are used to british breakfast, do not expect baked beans :) The hotel looks smaller than it is on the outside, but in a good location for markets and is two tram stops from sultanahmet (for nearby attractions). As a family we enjoyed walking the area as it was busy but quiet

Wonderful Hotel
This hotel is by far the best I've stayed in. The hotel staff were very accommodating with all our requests. They are so lovely and helpful. The room was perfect for my family and the location is excellent. Walking distance from all the main attraction like the blue mosque, grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia and topkapi. The metro and tram station are a few min walk from the hotel. I really recommend this hotel I wouldn't bother paying for an expensive hotel you are only paying for the name. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast it's all Turkish brekki. I prefer my toast and crossaints etc.

Die Unterkunft ist ok . Die Zimmer werden gründlich gereinigt Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist allerdings nicht ganz zu empfehlen. Das Hotel gegenüber war die Katastrophe. Die Partys im nachbar Hotel und der extreme Lärm war in der Nacht kaum auszuhalten. Trotz Beschwerde wurde leider nichts gemacht. Da die Hotels nebeneinander sind ist es entsprechend sehr sehr laut und das bis in die Morgenstunden. Tram und u- Bahn sind nur pasr Minuten. Die Altstadt auch. Der Transfer (dazu gebucht) ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Die Autos hatten keine Zulassung um in die Straße ( Hotel) reinzufahren somit rechnet mit einem weiten Fußweg zu Fuß zum Transfer

Gerne wieder
Zimmer relativ klein und hellhörig. Die Ausstattung ist aber grundsolide, die Betten bequem und das Badezimmer sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sowohl die Metro als auch die Straßenbahn quasi vor der Haustür. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der große Basar und auch die Moscheen sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist schlicht aber ebenfalls ausreichend. Wir würden dieses Hotel vorbehaltlos nochmals buchen.

hôtel très bien situer proche du grand bazar, de la station de tram et de la station de métro. quand a l'hôtel le personnel de la réception très gentil et très serviable mais la nourriture du petit déjeuner très bonne mais pas varier tout les jours la même chose.
