Overall, the hotel was okay. It doesn't offer all the facilities of a standard hotel, so don't expect everything. However, the location is great, just minutes away from the tram station. One issue was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower hose of my room—it would suddenly get very hot, then go back to very cold. Quite annoying, haha!

The only reason I stayed at this hotel is because they advertise laundry services, which has been very hard to find here in Istanbul. They do NOT have laundry. My door was so close to the elevator that I could take one step out of it and be in my room, so I could hear everything every time someone used it. The fridge was useless. The hallways smell of stake cigarettes so not all of the rooms are smoke-free or they don't enforce it. My bidet didn't work. The cleaning ladies literally shout to each other all morning will cleaning, so forget about sleeping in. The good: the staff was pleasant enough (the late-night doorman was the friendliest). Smooth check-in process. Air conditioning. Hot water never ran out. Very clean. I'm not a tourist, but if you are, it's a great location for shopping.

Hotel located in busy shopping area and we chose twin 4th floor room. Room was small, pillows on bed were awful and uncomfortable, however room was always warm and plenty of hot water and made up everyday we were there, shower was dated and lots of white horrible mastic around where the fixings were. Wi-fi was free and very fast here. Breakfast was limited for English people I think. Only fruit available was cut up oranges. No tea. And no tea making facilities in room, but guess you get what you pay for. We just used it as a base to sleep. Tram is very nearby, and you can also walk to most of the attractions from here too if you don’t mind walking that is.

The property is in an excellent location, my room was clean although the bin wasn't emptied after the previous people checked out, Everything was comfortable except for the stuff,terrible customer service, his name was Özkan (if thats his real name even). He couldnt just explain a simple matter instead shouting at me. Most dont speak proper english so there was so much misunderstanding. Apart from that great value for your money although personally i wont be booking it again because of how i was treated.

This hotel is a budget one.location is good . It's I'm sultanahmet area.blue mosque hagia Sophia are 20 mins walking distance and 5 to 7 mins by tram.tram ticket is one way 5 tl . Pleased with the hotel overall but it's a budget one . If you are looking for luxurious then there are many other nearby infact the whole area is full of hotels and markets . It's in prime location so don't worry about location .if you are getting in cheap price book it anyways.staff is cooperative il give staff 7 out of 10 as they can be more helpful but are overworked and that's why not able to do so . Breakfast is complementary. Nice breakfast.
