I stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Asia hotel frequently because their staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly. This is one of the few hotels where you feel welcomed and at home.

The hotel is located 45 minutes away from the airport without traffic with traffic time it will take us from 1hr to 1:45 minutes to get the hotel or to the center of Instabul.

Every is fine except reception staff had pushed own limousine services when I asked for the taxy, eventually had to call an uber, after spending 10 minutes of time for discussion

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot. On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out. Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.

Excellent hotel with great friendly staff
Excellent friendly service, and hotel staff were always on hand to help and support. Hotel was clean and good location to the malls and main roads. Room was nicely presented, good size, and clean.

Excelent hotel, strongly recommend
Really nice hotel. It's in a safe area, has wonderful staff, clean & comfortable rooms and the breakfast is fantastic Only disappointments were that the seasonal pool wasn't open in June and the cot that we considered to be not safe due to soft materials & non-breathable materials sides, but this wasn't an issue as bed was plenty big enough for all of us!

Designed in business concept in mind,it is genuine 5 start hotel. located in the heart of Ataşehir which is great suburb in İstanbul with great night out opportunities. In addition to in house restaurant we have tried out these great restaurants, Develi,Beyaz Fırın,L'olivetto which are walking distance. The swimming pools are quite small in size. Then you get spa and beauty saloon. The Valé car parking facilities are great but I don't know what happened to my rental car,on returning my car I found damages on the body. Surely I was fully covered for these damages as I took out extra cover for istanbul. So I don't wanna blame no one. Enjoy your holiday Guys at Radison Blu Ataşehir.

Good Hotel to stay on this side of Istanbul
A very good hotel ion the Asian side of Istanbul. Friendly staff including the bar (even when it was closed). Thumbs up to the staff!

The overall stay at the Blu was pleasing. However, on my last day i had some missing items, which to this day i cannot understand the reason why and have not received any messages back from the manager. Missing items were: contact lens case, two tooth paste travel size, hair brush, prescription glasses, dental floss, hair gel, eye contact case. As you can tell they are meaningless items with the exception of my seeing glasses.

Slight problem
Tried contacting the hotel a few times before arrival to ask about transportation with no luck emailed them the day of my fight with no success so paid a taxi which charged me 3x the regular amount without knowing. Then sinc hoyel was so far , I couldnt get regular tour transportation and took a taxi that literally robbed my. He took money from my wallet, gokd thing is polis got him cause i memorized his license plate. Other than that a xlean place to stay. Food downstairs was good also
