The hotel didn’t have water neither night nor morning. In the middle of my breakfast the receptionist interrupted my breakfast asking me to pay for the breakfast even though my reservation included breakfast. He argued for 30 minutes forcing me to call Expedia and get charged international call. At the end I proved that I was right, but I lost the rest of my breakfast and the cost of an international call. It was terrible not to be able to have a shower or wash my face.

TERRIBLE
i book a dormitory male for one night for an expensive price in this hotel to have a rest of sleep as my plane will be next morning, this night was booked with wifi and breakfast included but no wifi given to me i asked they answered no wifi and no breakfast included i paid in the booking with free breakfast !!! AH AH but they ask me to pay 15 $ CA if i want a breakfast i told them but they enforce me to pay or not get it so i went out and got a sandwich with 2 lira instead of taking their breakfast, then , not only that, that dormitory was in the roof i got a TERRIBLE NIGHT as there is no AC and i m a person that cant sleep in hot room , the room was like a sauna , i spend the night outside the room , in the roof sitting on a chair all the night and looking to the moon while i paid that room with 21 $ to get some sleep only !!! no sleep no AC no Wifi no breakfast and they ask you to pay more cash for the breakfast wile you paid already before coming there. it is my first and last stay TERRIBLE STAY NOT RECOMMENDED spend your money for others or find a nice a nice room with that rate cause i blame my self , i found a nice room in sultan rahmanat place with same price but i took this dormitory in this hotel cause it is less far to the airport i m so upset dont spend your money there cause i book this hotel when i read " FABILOUS 100% on reviews " but it was not!!!!! :(((

The hotel is an inexpensive place for stopover stay near the Ataturk airport. I always had problems with the taxi drivers, who (claimed) they could not find it easily. In fact, it is rather easy to find, particularly if you have a google map. Taxi drivers probably do that in order t overcharge you. The fair should not typically exceed 12-15 lira. The hotel offers only the basic, shared amenities for those who have no high expectations or demands.

Accidentally amazing trip in Istanbul.
It was perfect for the price I paid for it. Their breakfast was great and the receptionists they are very friendly and helpful. And the rooms and bathrooms are decent size and clean.

Great stay before flight
We booked a 3 bed room with private bath and tv, it was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend it. Great price as well!

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. I really don't recommand staying at this hotel due to following reasons: - no roomservice until at least you asked for it. - dirty rooms and no trash can - two of the guys in reception were helpfull but the third one was always in bad mood. - The shower in the toilet was broken. We asked them to fixed it, but they did'nt do anything.

Oda ferah ve kaliteli. Fiyatına göre gayet iyi denebilir. Sadece duvarlar biraz ince, yan odanın normal konuşma sesini bile duyabilirsiniz. Odada kahve, çay ve kettle mevcut.

İyi ilgi, kötü temizlik.
Otelde 1 gece konakladık, aracımızı otelin önüne park ettik fakat genel olarak park sorunu yaşanan bir alan değil. Resepsiyon gayet ilgiliydi. Odaya çıktığımızda odanın küçüklüğü hayal kırıklığına uğrattı, daha büyük bekliyorduk ama sorun etmedik. Çarşaflar ve yatak örtüsü lekeliydi. Bu gerçekten can sıkıcı oldu. Çift kişilik yatak diye 2 adet tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler bu yüzden çok rahatsızdı arası sürekli açılıyordu. Hizmet gayet iyiydi neye ihtiyacımız varsa aradık getirdiler. Fakat temizlik yüzünden tekrar tercih eder miyim kararsızım.

Otobüsten çok erken indiğim için otele erken gelmek zorunda kaldım. Arkadaş yol yorgunu olduğumu gördü ve bana hemen bir oda verdi. İlgi ,alaka, personel iyiydi. Temizlik daha güzel olabilirdi. Üstelik kahvaltı dahil yazmasına rağmen kahvaltı yoktu. Bu tarz bilgiler sürekli güncellenmeli. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldım. Tekrar gideceğim.
