Business trip. So I know you get what you pay for, but the apartment was disappointing. I had the top floor apartment and the level of cleanliness was really not acceptable. When I arrived, I had to clean the apartment as I didn't feel comfortable The floor had crumbs on it by the kitchen, the kitchen itself, behind the cooker, was old pasta. The towels provided had holes in them and the bedding was cheap and I had to wash it as didn't feel comfortable in the current situation that it was clean. There was old food in the cupboard and rubbish in the draws. The outside area at the front had litter on it and there is a back area that had pet brushes, general junk. The door to the back patio also didn't shut properly. The guy on reception was generally asleep - I went out one morning for a walk and at 8 am had to knock the front door down to try to wake him to open it! No COVID checks, just a hand sanitizer by the front door - always many [people in the office downstairs watching TV etc. I would have checked out but had paid in full and the guy downstairs, as I said was asleep or not around . Also, no daily cleaning unless you leave the key with the guy downstairs.which you would only know if you can see the guy and ask why the place wasn't cleaned !. no coffee shop, no room service, no premium bedding ( far from it) no business center, no room service, no free newspapers, Multilingu staff -they don't speak english, maybe other languages. sleep number by selec

L'Hotel est très bien je le conseille vivement. Nous avons séjournes ma femme et nos deux enfants dans la chambre triple deluxe. Propre avec tous les équipements nécessaire ( il y a même une sèche linge), seul bémol dans le dernier étage il y a les combles et si vous êtes grands faut parfois se baisser notamment dans la chambre mais c'est pas trop gênant, il y a aussi deux grands balcons/terrasses. Le plus de cet hôtel c'est l’amabilité du réceptionniste et du gérant, et ils sont vraiment soucieux du confort et leurs hôtes.

L'enregistrement s'est bien passé et l'homme parlait anglais. J'étais dans le grand appartement au sous-sol. Grand salon et appartement bien équipé. La chambre se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue passante et donne sur une cour intérieure. La salle de bain était petite et les WC sont très proches de la sortie de douche. Un port et des plages ne sont pas loin. Il y a une promenade au bord de la mer. L'aéroport est très proche.

Very close to airport.

It’s great location for ppl that want to use airport I was there only for a night from airport it’s only 20lira taxi. And it’s well worth the money.

receptionist stop smoking

Receptionist stop suffocating us with your smoke, please, this has happened several times, and to keep repeating and apologizing doesn't help when I and the children are stuck in our room suffering the smell and coughing with your smoke coming up into the flat. Happened several times on last stay and this stay. Sofabeds are not comfortable, might need changing, as the metal structure/beams sticks into your backs, even my kids are complaining now. The kitchenette ventilator is broken and there seems to be no intention of fixing it despite reporting it. The air-conditioning units need maintenance and not being serviced despite reporting it repeatedly. Kitchen cutlery need reviewing, I bought my own knife. The service is courteous, caring and I like the hotel and 2 staff I usually meet, I would still want to come here in future, I hope they fix these issues. I am not a fan of unhappy reviews, but had to do it today.

Great location close to restaurants and sea

We stayed on night, during a long flight layover. Taxi ride was 10 min. and cost16 turkish liras according to the taximeter, however the driver asked us for 25. Hotel attendants were very nice and friendly.

Нужен был отель на 3-х человек для того, чтобы только переночевать. Прилет после обеда,вылет рано утром. С помощью сайта забронировал и оплатил, отель совсем рядом - 2,5 км. После оплаты пришел СМС о снятии денег в турецких лирах. Мы не проверив, что это не доллары, а разница составила 100 единиц, забили тревогу. Представители сайта были терпеливы ну и заодно познакомился с представителем отеля, который готов был предоставить трансфер за 15$, но я отказался и заодно пояснил, что это в Лирах и мы успокоились. Я прогуглил маршрут и по приезду договорился за 7$. Но лучше согласиться, меньше головняка. Или нужно сфотографировать весь маршрут до отеля, т.к. таксисты не знают подробно город. И тогда все ОК. Отель - то, что доктор прописал. На троих 46$, вообще таких цен не бывает. Даже можно остановиться на больший срок, есть своя кухня можно готовить. Район не туристический и этим приятен. Кафе рядом "для своих" не для туристов и поэтому не дорогие. Готовят отлично и со вкусом. В общем рекомендую. Особое спасибо Ramazan Bey. Встретил, обустроил, организовал транспорт на 04.00 утра, проводил. Respect & uvazhuha.

Da familien var der ble de sendt tilbake. De sa at de ikke hadde motatt noe reservasjon noe som var bare feil. Det ble vist reservasjons nr. og all bevis men ingen hjelp. Nå krever jeg refusjon fra expedia men så langt ingen svar fra dem.

Disappointed, fake pictures,

I booked this hotel according to the pictures they had on their website and the reviews. However from 24 pictures only 4 belongs to the hotel and the rest are lie. No elevator. Very small place. I was very embarrassing with my family. 6 adults and a baby with 7 bags after the taxi dropped us we realized that we were cheated on and they didn't want to refund they money because it was prepaid. Even apon arriving there was No water for 4 hours couldn't use restroom, shower or even wash my hand. They promised us on the ema confirmation 2 double bed and sofa and when we got there they only had one bed and 2 sofas. Over all Not satisfied at all in the 2 nights.

Good layover location

We used this apartment twice on our trip when transferring through Istanbul. They were very helpful in arranging transfers and the gentlemen manning the desk was very helpful and nice. The room was in the basement but perfect for our 6 person party. It was functional and clean. It is in a nice little neighborhood with lots of cats. Over all a good stay and would recommend it
