Purchased royal room with breakfast, till arrival no notice of breakfast unavailability. Room I booked was not the one I got. Wifi was not working for 10 minutes uninterrupted. Floor was dirty as no mops have ever seen around 3 months... Reception staff was helpful however being nice is the other side of the business. As a summary, room mismatch, no breakfast served and dirty room however everything has one reason as conclusion according to the staff, COVID19. Well played.
