The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are very kind and helpful. I was only disappointed about the cleanliness of the hotel.

So disappointed with the hotel… there was mould in our bathroom! There were no drinks available or food other then cold breakfast… just feel really let down by the description online

Average stay at Malta

Malta was not bed if you just there to sleep and not hang out at the hotel. The breakfast was below average but there are lots of restaurants close by. Location is great I wish hotel staff could learn English in Istanbul the language barrier is a problem.

GENEL OLARAK MEMNUN KALDIM.

Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu ama yatak çok rahat değildi.Temizlik iyiydi.Açık büfe gayet yeterliydi.Mutfak ın başında ki Hüsniye Hanım son derece yardımcıydı.Yaya olarak dışarı çıkmam gerektiğinde otelde şemsiye kalmamıştı.Hüsniye Hanım mesaisi bittigi halde kendi şemsiyesini verdi.Yardımseverliği çok hoştu.Mutfak açık mutfaktı ve çok temizdi.Otel ayrıca hayvan dostu.Girişte mama ve su kapları vardı.Lobby de kediler uzanabilmişti.Kimse müdahele etmiyordu.Bana göre tek sorun baştada belirttigim gibi yatak rahat değildi.

Otel çalışanları oldukça ilgiliydi. Konumu güzeldi ve yürüyerek Ortaköy’e rahatça inebilirsiniz. Otele geri yürüme konusu yokuş sebebi ile opsiyonel olabilir. 😀Kahvaltısı tatmin ediciydi. Odada yenileme/bakım yapılmalı.

Das Hotel ist eine schöne große Anlage sehr sauber und nicht einengend. Der SPA Bereich würde von mir nur einen Stern bekommen. Es war überfüllt hatte keinen Ruheraum wo man nach der Sauna sich noch ausruhen kann.

Just don’t do it

This so called hotel was so gross. I had my 83 years old mom and one month kitten with me. I had to tell them several times about changing sheets and towels which was obvious hasn’t been changed for a long time. I cleaned up coffee table and night stands myself and it was so dusty. Eventually when they brought sheets they were ripped up because they were very old. In the morning we woke up by schools kids screaming. I wish I was exaggerating but you are so very much welcome to try that hotel. The mini bar was empty and turned off. I had to go to grocery to buy cold water for my mom. On top of this I asked for bathroom trash cans and soap. We just provided a couple of small water bottles and that’s all we got during our stay. Don’t be fool by pictures and fake reviews. I’m veteran journalist so my advice to you first check the hotel than book it otherwise you’ll be very disappointed specially you will lose your faith of people decency. In order to be fair in my observations, night shift guys, two young man were very kind to my kitten and my mom. They were polite and kindly helped me with my kitten medication. If still you wanna book that hotel forget about parking there will be across 2 miter street

Die Unterkunft ist nicht die neuste, aber für den Preis sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das richtig. Das Frühstück war gut und man hat genügend Auswahl.

Otelin hizmeti genel olarak güzel ve konumu harika

Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık.Otelin en güzel tarafı Ortaköy sahiline yürüyerek ulaşılabilmesi.Otelin önünde 4-5 araçlık park yeri var 100 M ilerisinde park yeri var boş olunması halinde aracınızı park edip toplu taşıma ile yer yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz (park yeri yol kenarıdır) Ayrıca İETT otobüs durağı otele 100 M mesafe olması çok harika çünkü İstanbul’da araç ile ulaşım zulüm oluyor.Otelin kahvaltısı harika gerçekten.Otel personeli çözüm odaklı sorunlarınızı kısa sürede çözüme kavuşturuyor.Özellikle kahvaltı ve kafeterya bölümünde Hasan isimli personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı kendisinin ilgi ve alakasından son derece memnun kaldık.Kafeterya da çok güzel bi bölüm iç açıcı.Otel Avrupa yakasınında konaklama düşünenler için konum olarak çok çok iyi.

Kind and helpful personell, everything seemed to be clean. However, the room was small, the shower kind of broken. The room was very noisy, from the traffic outside, but also from our neighbour guests.

Hotel is toch wel wat verouderd en mag opgefrist worden. Ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde en beperkt maar wel lekker. Hotel ligt op afstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. In afstand met de taxi best te doen maar omwille van de file neemt het toch veel tijd en uiteindelijk ook geld in beslag. Maximum fix bedrag taxi naar bijvoorbeeld Hagia Sophia 300 TL tijdens een filerit. Zonder file rij je het goedkoopst met de meter, wat ze dan niet graag doen...
