I arrived really late after 2am but someone was waiting for me to check me in and carry my bag up to the room, Very friendly people :-). The entrance is round the back of the building

Troubled hotel
I would not recommend this to my worst enemy it was filthy rotten dirthe shower cubicle was broken the wall drops were broken liquids ripped down and there was blood on the mattress And cockroaches running around the room Do not trust hotel.com or experia has they will not take any responsibility for this situation I arrived and stayed in the hotel for 20 minutes before I'll have for a better hotel refuse to give me a refund for 3 nights as I paid for 3 nights

Arnavutkoy is a town who illiterate people live in. So I didn't like the town but the hotel is ok

I personally would not recommend it
The carpets made of office like squares some were loose and looked not been cleaned for a while. Bed sheet/cover dirty , one has to take the kettle down to the reception area to fill. Only good thing the staff were friendly and spoken English

It was nice how close the hotel was to the airport for our 15 hour layover but we would never stay here again. Bed had lots of little hairs and hotel food left a nasty taste in my wife’s mouth all night. My wife felt like they were trying to scam her of the change they owed us for transportation. The receptionist walked us up to our room and told up he would bring us our change back and he never came back and so we had to message them asking if someone would bring our change back because we needed the money for transportation in the morning. We had only brought enough cash to pay for the transportation because we didn’t want a heavy flow of cash at our final destination so the money back was a must. We woke up around 3 am due to time change for us and we were ready just to get back to the airport. I do not recommend this place and I now believe the bad reviews over the good.

Non refundable stay with troubles getting credit cards working to pay for visa in USD and TR that could have been minus cost to bear for an 18 hour layover at Istanbul airport but no freaking way. Jon refundable it is

My husband and I were only spending the night in Istanbul, flying to another part of the country the next day so we wanted to stay somewhere not too far from the airport. We were very happy with our stay here. We arranged a pick up from the hotel and there were no issues with that. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower--hot with good water pressure. It was pretty cold and rainy that night and the heating worked really well. Good wi fi connection. There are a few supermarkets and a number of restaurants in the area just a few minutes walking so easy to get food. Fridge in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Tried to charge me $80 USD for a $23 room I booked online. The flooring was horrible. Food/drinks were ridiculously overpriced. I got locked inside my room twice and the guy at the front desk had to come and take the door knob off.

Hotel Staff smoking at entrance in Reception area, left cigarette in ashtray outside with smoke drifting into lobby. I picked it up and tossed it into the street. Why the cancer addiction, beats me? Same employee was yelling on 4th floor pm and am depriving guests from sleep

Terrible Experience
Horrible experience. Booked and confirmed the reservation for 3 rooms and when we arrived, the man at check in was rude and unhelpful and told us he had no rooms. He was insistent that I booked through Expedia even though I showed him the confirmation email. We were left with no other option but to go back and wait at the airport. Would not recommend.

The staff were lovely and helpful, but property undergoing maintenance which went on until midnight and started again at 5am and resulted in a distinct lack of sleep.

I was shocked when I arrived the photos has nothing to do with reality. The service was in Euros or Dollars which was so expensive in compare to local currency. Location was isolated The reviews was not accurate at all.

Sadly this place doesn’t look like the photos.When the taxi pulled up I thought the driver had made a mistake.looked like a building site.The young lad behind the desk was pleasant and polite.He showed me to my room which was shocking.Window opened a few inches,air conditioning didn’t work,that was enough for me.

Not even a Motel standard
I dont understand why name it Hotel, it wasnt even a mitel standard. It was very old and needed so many renovation. Ni breakfsat, no phone in the room. The only good think about this hotel I can say was, the close proximity to the Airport and the english fluencey of the receptionist, kader.and he was very nice, polite and friendly.
