The hotel was nice a bit dated bathroom is too small the tap is broken , the fridge door is broken. family very nice too many steps to climb get to the hotel..

Room 101 is windowless and is dark Toilet needs repairs and stop water leaking from the bath area floor znd the leaks from the bottom of the commed. Front office receptionist are excellent and very prompt in providing any assistance at zny time

As it was mentioned and publicized that breakfast is included which was no breakfast at all , than the cleanliness far behind of expectations, since we are having pandemic all over , for sure much more work is required to keep this Letter hotel clean

Very poor hotel
Hotel was under restruction, there was not any windows in the room. There was not any minibar or kettle. The room was so damper. The bed was broken and entirely uncomfortable. There was not any elevator and breakfast saloon was closed. Location of hotel is very good.

A satisfactory stay
The staff on reception helped me to take my luggages to my room as the hotel don’t have lift. Strong wifi, excellent location as it is in the market area. Easy access to public transportation. When I reached there, I was informed that there is no water in the washroom. I got it back around midnight. There was no coffee/tea maker. Moreover, the refrigerator was empty. As I got the hotel at a discounted rate quoted in Hotels.com, few things were missing even though mentioned in my deal. The hotel compromised with the goods/services to be provided to me, even though mentioned in my reservation.

It is really nice place for stay where it’s near to many famous places such as Taksim square, cleaning it’s good, good, and helpful staff. Good management, good manager Masoud.

Its a cheap with good location near istiklal street. ⛔I reserved 3 nights in this place and it was horrible !!! Room was not cleaned / towels not supplied by room service Water leaking from the bathroom Room wasnt cleaned since decades huge quantity of dust and even other guests underwear Breakfast sooo pooor I recomend not to even think about booking this place ⛔⛔⛔⛔

the worst hotel
It was one of the worst hotel I have stayed in. There were no windows and it was baking hot. The air con hardly work. The mirror on the cabinet was broken. The toilet from about was leaking and urine was dropping form the ceiling overtime the room above flawed the toilet. The shower tray was extremely dirty as per the photos and the fridge was discussing. There was music until 3am which was not advertise on the Hotel.com. The night staff was very helpful. It was unbelievable.

Property location is excellent. The room space was good; however, the toilet was a bit tidy. The major disappointed is that during booking, expedia mentioned that the breakfast was a buffet style; however, when checking in, the hotel staff mentioned that it is a continental breakfast served by a room service, where the breakfast was very poor with limited or no options.

I stayed 4 nights at Letter Hotel, the location is very central and it is an old building. The staff is so nice and helpful. I did not like the room, there was no window to outside and I was feeling a lack of oxygen so I had to have the air conditioner on all the time. It was very noisy because of the night clubs in the area from the evening until the middle of the night. And the sheets and towels had a lot of stains on them. Images look much nicer than what you face.

Perfect location and great staff but hotel cleanness is at worst. If they just improve bedsheets, towels and blankets that will make it great. Keep in mind that its a very noisy which doesn't bother us so much because we choose the place that way. Also there is no lift in the building but staff helps you with the luggage. Also breakfast is very poor so I reckon they should not offer breakfast at all. You can have better breakfast outside.

The staff was helpful, the hotel is in a good location, not far from Taksim Square and Metro station and the hotel has a free wifi but there is many problems with this hotel, The shuttle had no access to the hotel (we had to walk with the shuttle driver about 300m with to big luggages + 2 cary-on one stroller and our son) The roof of our room has mold The corridor roof was leaking Noisy hotel as there is a night club right next to it The bed was not clean Room service is not offered everyday (we had to ask for in the morning) We were in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator There were smoke smell in the room

Great budget hotel
Letter hotel is a great choice if you are looking for a budget hotel in the lively Taksim area. My girlfriend stayed here for one night on the last day of our trip out of Istanbul and it was perfect. Nice staff, small but ample room, and a decent bed. Would stay again!

Comfortable stay and excellent staff
The staff went far above and beyond my expectations for customer service. They spoke really good English and we're always extremely helpful. The location is very convenient to the metro and other transportation. There is plenty to see with in walking distance. My room was small with no windows, but for the price and location and private room, I had absolutely no complaints. The bed was really comfortable and room was clean and I slept really well. They even had a very complete toiletries kit in the bathroom, with a razor and cotton pads. Breakfast was brought to your room in the morning.

Excellent value place in Beyoglu
Good place to stay in Beyoglu, though 2 out of 3 nights were quite noisy. Helpful staff - especially the email receptionist who was exceptional. Decent breakfast and close to good places to eat and drink.
