The hotel was nice a bit dated bathroom is too small the tap is broken , the fridge door is broken. family very nice too many steps to climb get to the hotel..

Room 101 is windowless and is dark Toilet needs repairs and stop water leaking from the bath area floor znd the leaks from the bottom of the commed. Front office receptionist are excellent and very prompt in providing any assistance at zny time

As it was mentioned and publicized that breakfast is included which was no breakfast at all , than the cleanliness far behind of expectations, since we are having pandemic all over , for sure much more work is required to keep this Letter hotel clean
