"The breakfast was nice but I wouldn't describe it as excellent. The spa is nice but unfortunately the steam room wasn't working when we visited. The room was smaller than I expected based on the description but it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable."

"Hotel is in good location however very poor guest relations. I have already paid everything except extras via Expedia. At the end they asked for a service charge??? I have never heard from any other hotels at the checkout I have to pay for service charge. I didn’t use any restaurant or bar at the hotel and they asked me to pay for service charge. They force you to wear hat for using the swimming pool which many others never wore any. In all three stars more generous for this hotel!"
