"We had a big room but the room design was awful so bed room is not a room it is just on the entrance of the salon, hot is not clean, we had 2 nights reservation we could not stay more that one night and we shifted to another hotel. On the time of check out they told me they will refund but expidea informed me that the hotel is not accepting the refund."

"The negative reviews (Taksim location) are definitely competitors sabotage! Ignore the noise and book it! Expedia has the best price! From live chefs cooking stations to pristine rooms (sanctuary of comfort), and Iconic Landmarks Views, it’s an incredible value! Highly Recommend at The Marmara Hotel in TAKSIM District in Istanbul (5 stars hotel). The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! We are deeply appreciative of the care we receive and are already planning our return!!! We love, The T. Family from South Beach, Florida "
