The hotel is very nice, close to stations and bus stops, close to the downtown and all shops, but at the same time quite and peaceful! Highly recommend of you are in a businesses trip and you want some piece of mind.

5 mins by foot to the heart of Kadikoy, no need to talk about the location! Staff was really kind and helpful. Some facilities were difficult to use, like AC control is difficult to understand without the manual. Remember, there is no parking in front of the hotel. If you are using a taxi, there will be cars queueing behind you which makes it stressful to load/unload luggage :)

#1 place to stay!
The staff was wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful,the breakfast was great (everything always fresh and tasty), the location is perfect, and the room was luxurious, clean, and quiet, with very strong air-conditioning. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world!

Staff were very helpful, location is excellent as the hotel is equidistant between two metro stations. My only issue was the hardness of the pillows.

At first, I was beyond being extremely disappointed with this hotel. They stuck me in a tiny, filthy room the first night, on the Ground Floor. It was DISGUSTING! The manager onsite that night didn't want to hear my complaints and basically, told me, "too bad". Next morning I went directly to the general manager and he immediately moved me to an immaculate room on the Fourth Floor and, honored the situation by complementing me with free meals for the remainder of my stay. Because of that, I can recommend this hotel.

Biz üç gece kaldık aile odasında otelin konumu çalışanları gerçekten mükemmel özellikle uğur bey size her konuda yardımcı beyfendi samet aynı şekilde kahvaltı güzel çok temiz ama oda çok küçük sivri sinek dolu bir daha gidermiyim bilmiyorum ama kesinlikle çay içmeye giderim tekrar teşekkür ediyorum uğur beye

The fridge did not work and they didn’t fix it for four days, I couldn’t have any cold drink. When I booked it they never told that it was the penthouse, I had some problems walking in the room banging my head as I am a tall person. Staff was friendly and kind. Location was very good thank you over all

This is a small hotel that is located in the heart of the Asian touristic side of Istanbul. Overall, the hotel is nice. They also operate a restaurant, which is very convenient for business travelers. The metro is 10 min walk away, which is easy access. Within 10 min walk, there are many shops and restaurants for all tastes.

Very nice clean room. Very accommodating stuff. Location was excellent. Close to lots of very good restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes walk to Kadikoy ferry. We love the ferry.

It's a good hotel in the area. The neighbourhood may be a little noisy at times but overall it was good and comfortable.

One of the best places you can stay in the area for the price as far as we could find. The highlight is the proactive and friendly staff. The beds, sheets, towels, bathroom were all perfectly clean. Comfortable mattresses as well! Public transport is right around the corner. Many, many restaurants and shops within only seconds of walking distance. Fantastic choice to overnight for Fenerbahce games! If you're staying longer term, I would highly recommend one of the corner rooms. The caveat to those is the internet is very weak in some corners of the room but seems to work well near the desk. This is only a 4-story building, so elevator use is not extremely important, but this was the main detractor. The elevator does not have up or down sensitivity. For example, on its way UP to the 4th floor, it will stop at 3rd floor once, then it will stop there again on the way DOWN even though no one is waiting anymore. Weird... Overall, this place left very little for us to complain about and lots to be satisfied with. Would definitely recommend you give it a try!

Exceeded my expectations
This hotel is right on the money. The staff from the reception to the house keeping are professional and very friendly. The rooms are cozy and extremely clean. The location is central, 15 min walk from the port and the bus stations. They are in the middle of all restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it.

Me and my mom has the best stay! Everyone is so nice, the breakfast is delicious. If you’re staying in Istanbul and you’re looking for a great location with great staff look no further. Whenever we come back to Istanbul we will be staying here!

It is a great hotel! Right in the heart of Kadikoy ad very close to the ferry. We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could be improved is toiletries. Overall, it is an excellent hotel!

Only 1 staff member spoke good English and the rest weren’t not nice or friendly at all. And made you feel unwelcome most of the time. Buffet Breakfast consisted of same few cheap tasteless items every day, and you had to ask for basic beverages and wait for them to be made including; hot tea or coffee. Bed linens Sheets were extremely rough and dry making it very uncomfortable to sleep or rest. Location was good on relatively quiet street with easy access to major shopping and dining areas.
