Not worse the money
The hotel location is in a very awkward place, Hill and Down, not good location. the rooms are extremely small. Breakfast menu not adequate. Had to take lunch near by restaurant. i will not recommend. Staff are fine, but the hotel itself is not.

Excellent staff, very helpful, great restaurant on top floor with nuce dinner options, great food. Breakfast was okay. Wonderful Hammam, the property could use a little updating but it was clean with comfortable beds. I would stay here again

Rooms are mighty cosy - the breakfast could be much better - but, the location is terrific, real 5-9 mins to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc. The hookah/sheesha place few meters down is awesome. The hotel has NO parking, and tbh, it is silly to hire a rental if youre going to be just Istanbul bound - no easy parking... The multi-stort otoparks are going to cost ~350 TLR/day - and the car will be mostly parked. The streets are mighty narrow, what googlemaos shows as a 5 min walk would be 20 mins drive.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with the major sights less than 10 minutes away. The front of house staff are very friendly and informative regardless of the time of day. It was nice for them to provide water if needed too.

The hotel has great staff and extremely helpful. I have previously stayed at the hotel a few times and it looks like they have made the rooms smaller. I have never stayed in a room this small. The location and area have always been great but due to the recent increase in tourists it’s now an extremely busy area. You can barely get a taxi and we ended up walking further out to catch a taxi. Again great staff who do everything they can to give you a pleasant stay.

Entire staff was very unprofessional. Rooms were way smaller than shown in the images even though they told us we got an “upgrade”. There was barely any room to walk in the standard room. They didn’t even provide us with water unless we asked. Had a horrible experience at the hamam with my friends in which they tried to have a man give the bath to my female friend and then tried acting as if there was nothing wrong with it when we confronted them. The entire hotel smelled like mold. The manager of the hotel was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional with us as well. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

The hotel images in the website for the room I booked show big and it have a window, but when i reach to the hotel the they give us a room under ground -1 floor and when i asked whey they say if you want a room with window you need to upgrade and it cost 100 euros. With upgrade the room was very small we cant move. The beed was super uncomfortable, we have to much back pain in the morning. The left was not working almost all the time and we need to take the stairs to many times. The breakfast was not good too not to many options. The only good thing about this hotel the staff a little bet helpful and give you a nice smile specially the cleaning staff. But overall its one of the worst hotel we have been in my life.

The hotel is in a great area the staff are amazing. Rooms are a bit small and would have been nice to have proper cups instead of paper cups in the room. Enjoyed our stay and wood stay again

We got to the hotel at 3.30pm and check in was from 2pm. The rooms were still not ready for about 30 minutes wait. We booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance and not still ready. Also went to the restaurant at the top of the hotel, service was poor

Great hotel, great staff, really helpful. We arrived earlier to the hotel then expected (7am) and they offered us free breakfast as we arrived while trying to arrange a room earlier for us so we can Check in with no extra cost. Highly recommended. Location is Fab, everything in walking distance.

Excellent location in the heart of Sultan Ahmet area - less than 5 minute walk from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Plenty of restaurants for fine dining within 2 minute walk as well as traditional ones. Kapali Carsi bazar just up the road (less than 10 minute walk) or you can use tram which is within 2-3 minutes walking distance (1 stop) - quicker than a taxi which is also great and cheap. The room was clean and comfortable (no noise) and the staff were great. The room was cleaned every morning. Restaurant is on the 4th floor (there are lifts) with a lovely view over Hagia Sofia which is simply majestic. Lovely Turkish breakfast with plenty of options (try plum jam -it's amazing) Again, the staff were simply amazing and I highly recommend this place whether you're single, a couple or family.

L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale dell’albergo. Siamo stati sistemati in una camera al piano -1 ( in una camera che non si può vedere in foto perché non le pubblica nel loro sito perché sono dei veri e propri sgabuzzini) con puzza di fogna e una finestra microscopica in alto della stanza. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera ma non ci è stato concesso perché l’albergo era pieno.Camera rumorosa, fini alle 4 del mattino rumori e urla e un continuo passeggiare nei corridoi. Camera sprovvista di tutto frigo bar, biancheria ect. Personale poco disponibile. Piscina e spa terribile con poca privacy.

Всем доброго времени суток. С 07.03 по 09.03.2020 жили в данном отеле - никому его не рекомендую!!! Бронировали номер SUPERIOR(улучшенный) 20 кв.м., по факту заселили в конуру, где 2 человека еле расходились. Более того,между нашим и соседним номерами бала межкомнатная дверь,т.е.нам дали меньшую по размеру комнату из смежного номера. О шумоизоляции, которую они рекламируют в описании номеров, пришлось забыть - было слышно все, вплоть до диалога между соседями. И все бы ничего,если бы не грязный номер, а в частности грязный(в буквальном смысле этого слова) унитаз и вся сантехника. Ее не удосужились помыть после предыдущих гостей отеля, которые видимо тоже не отличались особой чистоплотностью. Вообще сложилось такое впечатление,что номер не убирался, просто поменяли постельное белье. На полу был мусор, везде валялись волосы. Пришлось обратиться на ресепшн и вызвать горничных,чтобы элементарно убрали и помыли сантехнику. Результат расстроил еще сильнее - мы просто поняли,что у нас с ними расходится понятие чистоты.Они только размазали всю грязь и ничего более, пришлось все делать самим. Попросили принести туалетную бумагу,т.к. ее при заселении практически не было - также безуспешно. Персонал отеля на все требования и замечания мило улыбается и разводит руками. По результатам нашего пребывания в данном отеле, я никогда не порекомендую данный отель своим знакомым и друзьям, более того,я являюсь работником сферы туризма,и, конечно же размещу свой отзыв на всех порталах и соцсетях.
