The hotel is very bad. The hotel management is bad. The hotel staff are thieves. They stole a large sum of money and my passport. I filed a complaint against the hotel.

Based on the allegations you have stated; we could not detect any theft cases that were reported to us retrospectively when we check all of our records. We would like to inform you that; for the safety of our guests, the corridors and public areas of the hotel are being monitored by the security department. Even entering to your room for cleaning or technical reasons is also recorded in our key card system and your room door is kept open during these entrances. In addition, in order to keep your security at the highest level possible and to store your valuables comfortably, there are safe boxes in our rooms, the password of which only you are able to determine. Despite all this; in the event that the explanations are insufficient for you, we display a management that is transparent enough to ask you to use all your legal rights. If you can get back to us from our contact information regarding the issue you think you have experienced, we would like to meet you so that we can do all the research again and explain detailed information to you.Kind regards,Fraser Place Antasya Istanbul - Hotel Management

Well the property towels were not in good condition at all; plus there sounds from people walking in the corridor that you can always hear. I believe there should be more staff that speak English because it makes it hard to communicate. The food from the restaurant was not as much as you would expect from any 4-5 stars hotel.

The location is good with a shopping mall next door. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Tayfun was very helpful as well as all other breakfast staff. Overall hotel condition was average as the room started showing signs of needing repair such as the shower tray which was bending when you stood inside it feeling like you were standing on a cloud while having a shower. Great views of Istanbul from our corner suite. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was very little, almost no basic items for breakfast, and I only went down for breakfast one morning. The swimming pool is very cold without heating and there is no service for towels and shower soap in the changing rooms and the gym. The AC was hot and they They are not interested in maintaining the air conditioning and cleaning the air filter, which causes poor cooling

Every thing was okay bath room/shower room had some damp and was very smelly. I want to have breakfast at the cafe th staff was so rude and no one was around to support after that 1 day I never went back went to have breakfast at starbucks round the corner.

The building location and facilities were good but the customer services of the staff were mostly condescending and poor. Breakfast is not even worth a mention, low quality and very limited options.

Our family suite was amazing...on the 37th floor with a breath taking city view especially at night...with 2 bedrooms that are spacious and well equipped kitchen..the room suited us perfectly. Staff were friendly, cooperative and highly proffecianal. They spoke English and were welling to provide help and answer questions with a huge smile on their faces. The building had also a swimming pool..for adults and another for kids ... which we enjoyed using.. there was as well a mixed gym to use...right next to the building there is a shopping mall that you can walk to and it is surrounded with restaurants and shops for any necessaries you need to buy

Very nice place to use while in holiday....
Very nice place to use while in holiday. It's very close to an amazing Mall and also close to Europe side of Istanbul. Aisha the reciptionect was very helpful and always supportive to our requests. I really recommend this hotel to families.

Stayed here for 10 nights in 2 bedroom apartment. The location is very good. Restaurants, ATMs, mini and super markets are around. There is a little shopping mall just next to the property that has a pharmacy, supermarket, playing facilities, food court and many shops. The property itself is comfortable and has everything you need. They offer laundry's soap, dishwasher tablets, drinking water, coffee and tea. There is some kitchen wear. The main room is big but the other one is little. The main issue that I had with my stay was that house keeping is improfessional at all. They only clean my apartment 4 times out of the 10 nights I stayed despite the many complaints from me. Everytime I found that my apartment was not cleaned I complain and request necessary staff for that night. The worest part is that I had 3 nights in row with no cleaning twice. Transportation to the the European side was not an issue. Over all I would give my stay 6.5 of 10.

Modern and very clean hotel with a great view of Istanbul. Helpful and professional staff. However, the hotel is not near to any major city attractions or shopping, requiring a taxi ride which costs around 30 to 40 TL.

Odaları temiz büyük ve rahat. Mutfak kullanıma hazır şekilde 2 kişilik servis ve tencereler ile donatılmış. Yatak sert 1 gece kalmamıza rağmen sabah bel ağrısı ile kalktık. Banyo küçük ama temiz. Çamaşır Makinesi olması gayet kullanışlı. Tek üzücü olan, anne kız ve bebek olarak konakladığımız katta gece 12 civarı Telekız ların sesinden rahatsız olmak. Resepsiyonda sıkı bir güvenlikten geçmek zorunda kalmalarına rağmen böyle rahatça istedikleri kata çıkabilmekteler. Aile ortamına uygun bulmadım ve bence böyle güzel bir residence ortamına uygun da değil. Bildirmek istedim
