We had a wonderful experience at Ansen Suites and would definitely stay here again! The location is absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance of many great restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions, while still being a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring Istanbul. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was well maintained, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed and made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Ansen Suites exceeded our expectations. Excellent location, beautiful rooms, great service, and wonderful hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely choose Ansen Suites again on our next trip!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were very well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of many of Istanbul’s main attractions, as well as the metro, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The only small suggestion we would have is that a little extra attention to the maintenance of the rooms could make an already lovely stay even better. These are only few minor details and did not affect our overall experience at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. If we return to Istanbul, we would happily choose this hotel again!

Great hotel. This was my second stay and I cannot compliment them enough. Amazing, helpful staff that treats you like one of the own. Great location, close to restaurants, tunnel, easy walking to touristy shopping. Nice spacious rooms, delicious and abundant breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great spacious rooms

This place was our last destination and I wish we booked it from the beginning, other than its great location the rooms are very spacious, very very spacious! Our rooms were the 4th floor and the view there was amazing. Would definitely book Ansen again if I ever come back.

We don't like the noise at night from the bars around the hotel. Nevertheless, the accommodation was very centrally located, which meant we were able to start good tours into the city and to Beyoglu.

Good location and helpful staff, but a bit tired

Good location, being a few minutes from the historic Pera Palace Hotel (which is well worth having a drink in). Large pleasant room. Friendly staff, who fixed a problem with the air conditioning. Needed a bit of renovation, particularly one window that was taped up. The bed wasn’t especially comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Very conveniently located - close to dining, shopping, transport, etc. Hotel is basic - finishings are poor in elevator and rooms. It is not luxury or close to luxury at all. Woke up with bug bites on my legs the first night and they moved me to another room the second night.

Place was pretty meh. Rooms were huge and staff was very nice, but it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. The front desk was literally just a desk at the back of a pub. Furniture was very shabby and not in the best condition; hotel had no amenities. Overall the place is fine but for the price there was a lot to be desired.

Amazing staff and location.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was one of the most helpful I’ve met, the location was perfect, middle of everything with the calmness when you need it. No sounds or disturbing during the nights. Close to the metro aswell- which I recommend. The only thing is that it’s not close to the airport (SAW) and the cost for the taxi from hotel is quite high. But there is Shuttles from Taksim which makes it quite easy. Breakfast was a bit boring, missed the Turkish bread, smit or the sweets. But overall amazing- would definitely stay here again!

Dosh is very well spoken manager and addresses very politely, rooms surprisingly are very quiet comapred to the area where its situated at, though am sure on weekends its would be buizzing, however sound proofing is not bad. Short walk tonistiklal but mind it, its an uphill walk for couple of minutes. Suites are amazing, nice color choices, very clean and pleasant. Toilets could have been better but the small kitchen and dining area overcomes that shortfall. Definitely a good choice

Location around Galata Tower is convenient with eateries, cafes, Istiklal St and public transport. However we found mould inside 3 fridge shelving. We notified staff and housekeeping cleaned it. Next day the main light in the bathroom stopped working. We stilled used the bathroom using the secondary mirror light. We mentioned this to staff , but it never got fixed.

Great location, lots of coffee shops and pubs nearby, about a 5 minute walk to start of Istiklal. Ibo, our night time concierge and his counterpart in the morning are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Looks a bit more dated than the website pictures but everything is functional. No cold A/C because it is wintertime but we are able to open the windows. Set breakfast is available every morning and can be eaten at the dining hall downstairs or delivered to your room. We would come back and stay in this hotel if we go back to Istanbul!

Good for a Short Solo Stay, But Understaffed Ansen Suites is a convenient and great value option that absolutely served its purpose for a quick trip as a solo traveler. However, the hotel seems significantly understaffed. The reception team was multitasking as both restaurant staff and front desk agents. Because they were constantly splitting their duties, the reception desk was frequently left unmanned, and no one ever answered the phone when I tried to call. If you just need a budget-friendly, well-located place to crash for a few nights and don't mind the lack of front desk availability, it works. But don't expect prompt customer service or reliable communication during your stay.
