The husband and wife team running the accommodation were extremely friendly and helpful with regards places of interest and the resort was only about 25 mins from the Hula Valley nature reserve which is well worth visiting."

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."
