"I love this hotel. First of all, the staff are the nicest and made our stay so comfortable and at ease. They help coordinate everything, and provided us the utmost service. The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel."

"We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall.
