"The property was very clean and in a great location. The only negative was that one of the beds was very bad and had the metal sticking out. Also, we had to pay an extra $25 if we wanted to get cleaning of the room. All else was perfect."

"We just loved this Hotel, so charming and historic and everyone was lovely to talk to. Love the local vibe and hanging out with all the local towns people. So layed back and friendly. We will definitely come back. Berlin is a gem. Cheers!!"

"We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon."

"The hotel met our needs. We brought along our small dog necessitating the need to reserve with a pet friendly hotel. The cleaning staff was very friendly, and the room was clean upon initial arrival. The pool area is nice, but the hot tub is a little grimy. The free breakfast included bagels, muffins, coffee, pancakes, juice etc. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, shopping areas and restaurants. I would have given the hotel 4 stars, but I was upset with the separate bill I paid...

"This place was great for the location! It worked great for our needs! Staff never came to clean our room, which I was fine with. When we would ask for more towels or anything we needed, they would get them and bring them to our room right away. The fridge was bigger than I expected and overall I would stay here again. It was perfect for an ocean vaca!"

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate.
