"There was a mix up with the booking as we were down as dog owners!! Then we had no towels in the room which we had to chase down so we could shower before the meal we had booked. When we got to the restaurant there was more confusion about the booking. However, the restaurant staff were great and even after an issue with our meal order it was quickly resolved. The food was excellent."

"Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean, and we'll decorated.
The staff were so nice and accommodating despite a flight change that left us checking in late and very hungry. They made us sandwiches and we're so kind.
The location is wonderful and the property grounds are nice.
Excellent breakfast. The continental was very well stocked and the menu items were delicious."

"The hotel was in the perfect location - near the bus stop, ferry, shops, and restaurants. The spa staff was incredible! The bar vibe was excellent. The restaurant was delicious - we ate there both nights!"

"The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service."
