"Staff was not responsive to messages sent via Expedia. I sent two messages 2 days before our stay about requiring an accessible room for elderly parents…no response. "The room wasn’t the cleanest - there was popcorn and cheesies under our bedroom table. The floor throughout was dirty. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The community has a great selection when it comes to dining out and fast-food places. The lakes and ocean views are breathtaking."
