"I requested a smoke free room. Which i did not get. 2nd. I gave my cloths to iron. I had to call 3 times the next morning to get my cloths back. For a moment i thought. Staff had lost my cloths. After waiting for 3 hours. I was able to get my cloths. Thank GOD. Over all a very safe, clean and cozy place to relax and stay. "

"I stayed a night at Marriott Hotel Islamabad — and what an experience! I’ve never seen such exceptional service at any other Marriott. Every bit of praise would still fall short. The staff was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast was so delicious that words fail to describe it. The front desk team was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfectly organized. I highly recommend this hotel — definitely give it a try! "

"Very clean and breakfast was awesome "

"Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "

"During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area. Their security was also very thorough. "The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...
