Overall really good place especially staff was very friendly and professional. I would like to mention name of receptionist, Ms. Zubaria she was very professional. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet was amazing. I never even had such an amazing and detailed free buffet in the US. Only concern was bathroom. They gave me a room and after few hours toilet's flush stopped working but staff had immediatley changed my room in few mins after my complaint. In next room although bathroom was very clean and all the amanities were provided but some of the bathroom floor's tiles had broken spots. Overall really good place at very reasonable price.

Ive been ex employee in avari lagore so my review is according to that I've stayed in avari xpress too property of islamabad avari xpress is okay their staff is generous and good aircondition problem minibar empty not having too much regarding beverages its price is high its more like an apartment building with a hotel touch but its good special note for sajjad khan from restaurent+room service very passionate hardworking honey dipping words manerable guy he deserves to be in five star hotel .

I traveled from Toronto to Islamabad and I had a little deliberation in order to decide a place to stay. I have stayed Marriot and Ramada during my previous trips to Islamabad but their rate per night was too high this time. I came across Avari express through expedia and decided to try this place. This place is Phenomenal; Exceptional customer services I have ever received, staff at reception, room service, dinning hall, door man are so humble, and helpful. They literally care of their guest. We hired their vehicle for airport and the driver was so helpful. Staff guest service is incomparable. . Large specious rooms with outstanding cleanness, awesome food quality. It really feels like home. I strongly suggest this place as you are getting five star service with reasonable low price.

Our small escape to Islamabad

Our stay was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is peaceful and staff was very kind. Overall good experience. We were given Executive suite by upgrading our 2 rooms which was very nice as we could stay together as it was family of 4 adults.

Strange room set up

They didn't tell us that we would be in a apartment type room and that we had to share with another couple. It was a very strange room set up and not suitable for single females. Room service were in and out of our 'apartment' for the first night.

Room wash room was so dirty.there was no proper system of drainage.we called management and they send half an hour to fix the problem.rhan sweeper came and clean the floor. Again when in morning I take shower.the water pool in wash room.when I asked management they say we again send sweeper to clean.so what's the purpose to live in costly property.when we ve to worked like our homes ...

It was nice staying here again. Usual quiet place. However, shower in the room I was assigned to, did'nt work. So I guess an uplift in the maintenance dept is required now. Staff is friendly and helpful as usual.
