"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully...

"Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé. Il est situé à proximité d’une petite plage (pas la meilleure de L’île mais elle a le mérite d’exister pour se rafraîchir sans prendre la voiture). L’appartement est propre, grand et décoré soigneusement. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il donne sur une rue passante et le vitrage n’est pas assez insonorisant. En conclusion, je recommande. Un grand merci à l’hôte pour sa disponibilité et son assistance. "

"We used the Appartment for an overnight transfer but were still impressed with the accommodation which was nicely air conditioned and clean. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice from full English to continental at €8 pp. The facilities were very good . Reception staff for check-in and out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would definitely look at staying for a week or more "
