"Si je pouvais, je mettrai 20/10 comme note de satisfaction. Les petits dejeuners etaient excellents et préparé avec amour et detail. Grande chambre spacieuse et propre. Et le personnel, je serais toujours reconnaissante de leur acceuil et de leur support. Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. "This was my second time staying here. The first time I stayed on the 4th floor and had no problems; it was comfortable. This time I stayed on the 1st floor, and there were insects and small cockroaches in the room, a foul odor in the bathroom, and the water smelled strange. The spare lock on the door was also broken. I will not be staying here a third time."
