Nice hotel, just don’t trust the free parking

Mixed review about this place. For one, the view is incredible if you have a sea-facing room. It was also very clean. The beds and pillows were extra firm—not good for me but maybe good for you? The main issue bringing it down was the advert for free parking. We ended up getting a parking ticket for parking in the lot they directed us to, which had signs saying it was reserved for their hotel. When I confronted them with the ticket they unapologetically explained it was because it was a “cleaning day” and didn’t accept any blame for telling us to park there. So we missed our ferry trying to figure out how to pay the fine and it kind of ruined our day. So I unfortunately wouldn’t rate the service very high.

Новый отель. Все оборудование чистое и испарвно работает. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Частично говорят на английском, убирают отлично. Завтраки для Италии очень сытны и достаточно разнообразны. Вид с террасы и из нашего балкончика прямо на замок. Несколько удален от центра, порта и Замка, но это только плюс. К отелю ведет отдельный путь-терраса с водопадиком с рыбками, густыми кронами деревьев и "залипающим" видом на море, Прочиду и Замок. Добираться удобно автобусами С4 и С13. К замку за 15 минут и к порту за 20-25 минут пешком спускаться одно удовольствие. Летом, возможно, очень жарко. Мы были в октябре - температура воздуха и воды очень комфортна. Днем бывало жарковато.

Great stay

Great stay, would absolutely stay again. A bit away from the main areas of the island, but we had a car and the free parking here worked out great. Restaurant serves excellent food. Fantastic views from the outward facing rooms.

An unforgettable stay in Ischia :)

Hotel La Capannina is situated on the nice environment with a fantastic view over the sea and castle. It's clean and comfortable. The prices are resonable. The people who work there are very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. I'd recommend this hotel to others. If i return to Ischia, I'll stay in this hotel again.

Week-end rilassante

Ottima esperienza: albergo un po' fuori dal centro in collina, ma perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità. Stanza di dimensioni ragionevoli con un bellissimo balcone con vista sul mare e sul castello Aragonese. Pulizia accurata, buono il ristorante annesso, ottima la prima colazione, con dolci fatti in casa. Il personale è di una gentilezza e cortesia fuori dall'ordinario.

Nice hotel with a great view We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The food and the restaurant was excellent. And the room was very comfortable. Dominico was an excellent help and made our stay delightful.

Hotell med fantastisk utsikt

Vi hade en suverän vistelse på hotel La Capanina. Mycket trevlig personal och vi fick ett rum med balkong och fantastisk utsikt över Ischia bukten. Maten på restaurangen var fantastiskt god och prisvärd. Frukosten var dock inte mycket att jubla över.

Ponte 25 Aprile: ottima scoperta.

Ho soggiornato per il ponte del 25 Aprile e l'albergo è stato un ottima scelta. Posizione panoramica e abbastanza vicina a Ischia porto e Ischia ponte. Camere pulite e silenziose. Ottima colazione e ristorante molto buono.

Ottima scelta! Vacanza che ci rimarrà nel cuore.

L' hotel ha soddisfatto ogni aspettativa...la nostra camera 205 ci ha offerto una visuale spettacolare sul mare,collina con vegetazione e castello Aragonese. Personale gentilissimo, professionale e cibo squisito, in particolare il coniglio all' ischitana, il tiramisù ,così come tutto il resto. L' hotel ha a 50 m circa la fermata autobus. Il 12 e il 13 portano a Ischia porto che dista poco più di 2 km. Se come noi non disponete di auto o non affittate uno scooter, potete girare tutta l' isola con i vari autobus e con un conveniente abbonamento settimanale. L' hotel non possiede ascensori per cui se avete problemi con le scale chiedete le stanze in basso! Grazie di tutto a Rosario,Domenico,Pasquale 1 e 2, Franco e a tutta l' equipe. Complimenti per la passione con la quale svolgete questa attività da 42 anni....
