Great location. Clean room. No working AC. Room is close to 90 degrees and incredibly unsafe for dehydration. Basically ruined trip to ischia because we’re too sick to do anything after trying to sleep in the room

Very bad.
This hotel is not nice at all. The toilet is so close to the bathtub you can't sit on it. The rooms are tiny. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff is super rude. I would never stay here again

Clean, comfy, good value, beautiful island.
I keep coming back to the Conte. Clean and central. Nice staff. Good breakfast (including fresh fruit, yogurt, in-house baked goods) (although, this being Italy, it’s like a dessert buffet). Good WiFi. A short walk to the port. Not expensive; a real value (I come off-season in fall). Usually they upgrade me to a balcony room when I ask politely. The hotel is not fancy-dancy, and the furniture is a bit scruffy, but I always feel very comfortable here. Ischia is beautiful; really lovely. It’s one of my favorite places in Italy. Or anywhere, for that matter.

Central hotel
This is a central location hotel which is only 10 minutes walk to the ferries. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee, pastries for breakfast. Room was clean and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. There is a garden outside.

I chose this economical hotel for it's location - close to port for early departure and, for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The girl who checked me in was very helpful throughout my stay. They had noted my request and upgraded me to a double overlooking garden - thanked them as really pleased. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Chambermaid was excellent - clean linen every day. Coffee good but breakfast mostly very sweet - did offer some fruit and yoghurt but sadly in tubs not fresh - seemed to cater mostly for Italian groups - acceptable to them so fair enough. Main thing I missed was fridge/cold box as could buy water but nowhere to keep it cool in hot temp/high humidity. At check-out I was very surprised to be charged the published tourist tax of Euro 7 as confirmed on my Expedia documents - I paid Euro 14 and was told that their summer is now from April to end of |October! I've stayed in Ischia before and many times in Italy and am fully aware than transport and beach charges increase in early June but this was new to me and I think it was wrong

Clean, central, great value
I keep coming back to the Conte. Clean and central. Nice staff. Good breakfast (including fresh fruit, yogurt, in-house baked goods). Good WiFi. Sometimes they upgrade me to a balcony room when I ask politely. Ischia is lovely. A few annoying mosquitoes, but that’s not their fault.

L'hotel non è un gran che ma la cosa più negativa è il direttore!!! Lo si capisce sin dall'accoglienza, se ne ha conferma durante per poi arrivare al finale con dell'incredibile !!!

Gentile Signor e o Signora, ringraziamo per aver soggiornato presso la nostra struttura, purtroppo non possiamo rispondere dettagliatamente alla Sua recensione perché non abbiamo il piacere di sapere chi è e che rapporti abbiamo avuto con la Direzione !!! Come tutti i giorni siamo sempre qui ad accogliere i Clienti provenienti da un lungo viaggio nel migliore dei modi....certo che molte volte ci sono Clienti che a prescindere non ascolta le informazioni al Check-in e poi non accettano le regole "nuove" imposte dalla realtà COVID-19. Perché loro sono i furbi e noi i stolti di turno !!! Consigliamo sempre ai Clienti di dare valore alla pulizia, all'accoglienza in generale e ai servizi che offrono gli hotels, ma non soffermarsi alle Direzioni (che svolgono un duro lavoro).!!!!!!

Posizione comodissima a tutti i servizi, capolinea degli autobus e locali/ristoranti. Struttura un po' vecchiotta ma funzionale e pulita. Migliorabile un po' la colazione. Ristorante invece molto buono. Nel complesso giudizio positivo, lo consiglierei.

Отель расположен на оживлённой улице, недалёко от порта. Есть магазин напротив, который работает с перерывом на обед где-то с 13 до 17 часов и не работает в воскресение. Нормальная практика для юга Италии, несмотря на курортное людное место. Спали плохо, потому что шум с улицы до 1-2 ночи, закрытые окна не помогают, слышимость как будто разговаривают около вашего окна. Уборка начинается в 7 утра и уборщица гремит по коридору. Сложно было выспаться. Номер был на 2 этаже, в конце коридора. Кондиционер бесплатно, работает хорошо. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, что очень радует. Персонал на ресепшн приветливый, неразговорчивый. Завтрак однообразный каждый день. Хлебцы, выпечка, круассаны, джемы, хлопья, масло, соки, чай, кофе. Очень испортило впечатление происшествие в последний день перед выездом. Нам сообщили, что нужно оплатить city tax, хотя в условиях написано, что при проживании 7 ночей и более налог не взымается. Как оказалось, НЕ ВКЛЮЧАЯ 7 ночей, а 8 и более ночей. Очень огорчил этот факт дезинформации с самого начала. Когда мы заселялись, нам сказали, что налог мы не платим. При выезде был другой человек на ресепшн. Нужно как-то поправить описание этой информации на сайте, чтобы не вводить гостей в заблуждение и не портить все в последний день. Мы ещё и на паром опаздывали, не было времени разбираться. Очень неприятные последние впечатления. Пляж рядом в 5 минутах, грязная вода была 1 раз за неделю. 2 лежака+зонт стоят 15 евро. Есть бесплатный пляж.

Gute,zentrale Lage, etwas renovierungsbedürftig - modernere Möbel, TV sollte auch für Deutsche möglich sein - Standard -. Frühstück sehr, sehr ungesund. Nur italienischer Standard. Süße Teile, süse Teile und nochmals süsse Teile. Etwas weniger süss, dafür einige Teile Käse, Tomaten, Paprika, oder auch einheimische Wurst, Rührei oder gekochtes Ei. Dann wäre der Standard leicht erhöht und die Bewertung mit gut. Empfang o.k. , sehr kompetent, jedoch weitere Mitarbeiter mit gleichem Standard fehlen.

Hotel op toplocatie
Goed hotel in het centrum van het dorp. Makkelijk te vinden, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer (ik had 1 persoonskamer geboekt en had een kamer met een 2persoonsbed en nog een 1persoonsbed) en ruime badkamer. En uiterst vriendelijk geprijsd. Door problemen met terugvlucht geen gebruik kunnen maken van het ontbijt.

Bella struttura, curata nella manutenzione. Situata a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed a breve distanza da aliscafi, traghetti e bus. Aree comuni ampie e comode: ristorante, salone con bar, sala TV e giardino/solarium con Jacuzzi, docce, lettini, tavolini e divanetti. La colazione a buffet offre, fra l'altro, ottime torte di fattura artigianale. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Punktet mit der Lage!
Das Hotel Conte liegt SEHR günstig mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Der Hafen mit den Fährverbindungen zu zahlreichen Spots ist binnen Minuten zu erreichen (Prociida ist ein "MUST SEE")! Auch zur Festung kann man wunderbar zu Fuß gehen. Diverse Restaurants fußläufig....Frühstück fast nur süß, aber ok.mit gutem Kaffeeautomat. Ich würde noch einmal buchen!

Piacevole soggiorno
La strada di accesso, la centralissima Via Roma, è pedonale e, quindi, niente traffico. Metà delle stanze si affaccia su Via Roma e metà sul giardino-solarium interno, dotato anche di una Jacuzzi. Buona parte di esse hanno il balcone. Quelle che non danno sulla strada sono più silenziose. Nè le camere, nè i bagni sono grandi, ma svolgono la loro funzione. La struttura è ampia e pulita. La colazione a buffet offre, fra l'altro, varie torte di fattura artigianale e veramente buone. Non ci sono problemi di quantità e varietà. Personale gentile.

Posizione ottimale all’inizio della centralissima via Roma, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed a breve distanza da aliscafi, traghetti e bus. Bella struttura, curata nella manutenzione. Aree comuni ampie e comode: ristorante, salone con bar, sala TV e giardino/solarium con Jacuzzi, docce, lettini, tavolini e divanetti. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vi tornerò sicuramente. L'unico neo, per quanto mi riguarda, è la carenza di un minibar nelle stanze, soprattutto nei mesi più caldi.

Nel cuore di Ischia
Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e sono stati gentili da farci accomodare prima in camera. La presentazione dei posti da vedere è stata abbastanza chiara, ma non esaustiva. La camera era leggermente angusta in quanto il letto occupava gran parte dell'area ostruendo il passaggio verso il bagno ed il balcone. L'arredamento è vecchio e molte cose sono da sistemare. La colazione veramente pessima, dovrebbe essere vietato servirla in quanto i prodotti da bar erano imbevibili, i succhi di frutta soprattutto che erano preparati con qualche sorta di polvere, alcune cose immangiabili. La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale quindi è adatto a chi non ha troppe pretese e vuole essere al centro della "movida" ischitana.

Non riusciamo a capire cosa non sia stato esaustiva nella nostra presentazione dei luoghi più interessanti dell'Isola e anche la colazione del mattino cosa che non va bene. I prodotti sono per la maggiore preparati dal nostro staff e freschi tutti i giorni. Le bevande calde sono realizzate con prodotti delle migliori marche italiane. Comprendiamo la critica sugli arredi e quanto alto sia legato alla camera, ma la nostra struttura è sempre un Hotel di tre stelle e di non ultima generazione, importante la Pulizia e l'accoglienza.
