Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. "The carpet in the room had a strong odor, hard to ignore. The mattress was old and in bad shape , impossible to stay on the corners with a hole-like on the center."

"Elevator abruptly stopped working while we were in it we were stuck between floors it was very hot front desk promised a discount for the inconvenience and the delay of the arrival of fire department upon check out there was no discount. After the elevator failure we were uncomfortable using it again and stuck to the stairs I really wish front desk would have been true to their word and honored the promised discount "

"Overall, it was okay but likely wouldn’t stay here again. In room with two queen beds, one of them was hard as a rock and felt like lying on individual poking springs. Tiniest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room EVER. Breakfast passable standard fare, but dining room had a giant TV and was set to Newsmax. Loud Trump News is not what I want to listen to for breakfast. We were on the first floor and it was NOISY. Staff was friendly and kind. But as I mentioned…the bed was awful. Checked out and found...
