"The staff were so helpful and the room was clean and well stocked. The only complaint was it was pretty loud since we were above the atrium. Otherwise, the food was great and the staff was very friendly! Would stay here again!"

"2/10 Experience. Would NOT stay here ever again. Stayed here with my son for his basketball tournament. Bugs in the ice machine. Blood spot on the floor. Hair and dirt all over the walls in the bathroom. The sheets were disgusting and the room smelled like straight up dirty gym socks. Pool was dirty. Just really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"When we arrived, we were told the elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. I would not have been able to get my suitcase to my room had my husband not been with me. We booked a King room and got two Queens. We were told they overbooked so they "upgraded" us. The room was not as clean as we usually see as there were cobwebs, the desk had something sticky on it and unused shelves in the bathroom were covered in dust. I would have appreciated a call about the elevator so we could have changed our plans."
