"Staff was great! Got us a Early check in and a room right by the pool "

"It was very deceiving, online it said there is a water slide but there is not. Construction being done in the pool area and one pool has construction material like Sheetrock everywhere. We were also concerned to see a very young girl's swimsuit in the trash of the men's changing/locker room. Breakfast was great, rooms were good, no ventilation in the bathroom was frustrating when staying with 4 people. "

"The room was ok but i requested and approved for a lakeside room. I didn't get a lakeside room ! There was loud banging all night, i put my luggage against the door because i was afraid! "

"The staff was not nice when I called asking how we can get into our room since we were arriving late and the check in document said the doors locked and we would have to coordinate our arrival which was different than what they told us over the phone. The hotel said they had continental breakfast and all there was was yogurt, granola bar, and milk. The pillows were hard as a rock. The hotel bar said it’s hours were until midnight Friday and Saturday and we got back from snowmobiling at 10pm wanting to hangout at the bar hotel and they told us they were told they had to close. We will not be staying there again. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. What could have been better would be more bath towels, there were only 2 in the bathroom, not enough for 2 people for 2 nights. Housekeeping only restocks every 3rd day of stay so we had to ask at front desk for more. Also indoor pool was very cold for February, warmer would have been nicer. "
